Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Lift Installation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of automotive lifts and related equipment within manufacturing and industrial facilities. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and precise installation processes that meet industry standards. Responsibilities

  • Install automotive lifts, including scissor lifts and other heavy-duty equipment, following detailed schematics and engineering blueprints.
  • Conduct electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage circuits, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics to verify correct installation and alignment of equipment.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems integral to lift operation.
  • Read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately to diagnose issues related to electrical systems or industrial electrician components.
  • Ensure all installations meet safety regulations, including proper grounding, wiring practices, and adherence to OSHA standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating technical information and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the installation process.

Skills

  • Proficiency in mechanical knowledge related to industrial mechanics and equipment repair.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems using schematics and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience reading electrical blueprints and schematics accurately for complex installations.
  • Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in electrical diagnostics involving high voltage and low voltage systems using appropriate testing tools like multimeters or ammeters.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent analysis skills to identify root causes quickly.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety protocols at all times.
